We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who is eager to build scalable web applications and contribute to impactful projects.
You will be working directly with a small, fast-moving, high-impact team to develop and improve web applications that are core to our product. This is a great opportunity if you want real ownership early in your career and the chance to shape products from the ground up.
Location: This is an onsite position located at our Santa Ana, CA office. Candidates living within a 25 mile range preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and enhance web applications using Oracle APEX
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement new features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack
- Assist in database design, queries, and performance optimization
- Support deployment and maintenance activities
Qualifications Required for Position
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development
- Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX(or strong willingness to learn fast)
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment and continuously learning new technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Exposure to REST APIs and backend integrations
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, preferred
- Experience in the medical device or regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485), preferred
Salary Range
The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 annually. If the level of the role changes during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. The actual base salary offered will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, and level of education attained.
